Sekiu

One of the big draws to the Seattle Aquarium lately is their recent addition: the little baby otter, Sekiu.

I was excited to see her when we stopped in somewhat spontaneously a little while ago. Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one excited to see her-- the otter habitat viewing area was packed with people trying to catch a glimpse!

I did manage to get a sweet series of Sekiu's mom lifting her up onto their little dock...









After which Sekiu slipped right back into the water. Already misbehaving. Her mom tried once more, then just gave up. It was pretty entertaining... and cute, of course!
