RDOD 2011

September 10, 2011 was the Peninsula Dog Fanciers' Club Responsible Dog Ownership Day event. It was a lot of fun--although HOT. Last year we had rain and drizzle and wished for dry... I guess we should be careful what we ask for!

But we had a lot of fun despite the heat. We had kiddie pools for the dogs to cool off in, awesome vendors, great breed booths, demonstrations from the Kitsap Sheriffs, herding, Kitsap 4-H kids, agility, rally, cart pulling, Dachshund races, and more. It was a busy day! I think the heat kept some people away, but those that braved it with us had a good time (and some stayed almost all day!).
