I am loving Fall.
Specifically Fall-themed decor.
I'm not a huge fan of Halloween. I cringe when I see all the creepy decorations at the stores... the hanging skeletons and cackling witches make my heart beat just a little quicker--and not in a good, warm-fuzzies way.
Once I see pretty pumpkins, smell the apple-cinnamon candles... I calm. And smile.
And vow to avoid the Halloween section of the store all together.
I got the little pumpkins from Michael's... I think they were around $5 for a bag of 8. I might be wrong about that.
The wine corks were from dinner a few weeks ago.
The wood tray/plate is from Target, but I actually found it at Goodwill for a couple bucks.
The red berry things are also from Michaels... I tucked a few others around my kitchen.
I love using brown rice as an extra filler-texture.
I also love that I FINALLY cleaned off my dining/kitchen table to the point that I can now enjoy my little centerpiece.
It makes me smile.
And I love that a non-Halloween themed Fall decor scheme can work well from late September through November!
