Finally!

Summer has come to the Pacific Northwest! Yay! It's taken until July to really show its face... not that any of us should be surprised.

Of course, now that it is here... I'm gone. Figures.

At least I'm somewhere equally sunny: good ol' San Diego.

Although I found it slightly ironic that I left the stereotypically rainy/gray place to go to the sunny place to find that the sunny place is actually slightly cooler and cloudier than my rainy/gray home.

Here's the forecast for Bremerton/Seattle this week:

And for San Diego:

The differences aren't huge by any means... San Diego is a few degrees cooler (although Bremerton/Seattle gets much cooler at night... I'm going to miss that) and is forecast to have more clouds and slightly more chance of precipitation.

I just hope that the PNW summer sticks around long enough for me to enjoy it when I get back! I have a bridal shower to host and beaches to visit!
